Delivery and Returns


Stellastainless Cakes posts to worldwide. We offer FREE UK SHIPPING, BUT A LITTLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE on all our products; We have succeeded in imbeding the cost of postage and packaging in our products. The cost of each product will reduce automatically by a percentage in every addition of the product you buy in a transaction. Cakes and cupcakes are FREE DELIVERY within England only.

'The processing time required before an item is shipped' will be clearly displayed under each item post. Kindly be aware that the delivery time is different from the processing time required for an item. For items that do not require any processing time 24Hours will be clearly stated under it.  Also, if you would prefer an express delivery you will be able to choose from the option before checking out.

Stellastainless Cakes will always ensure that your items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Our Courier service or Royal mail will deliver your parcel in the specified time or on your own required time if specified. To avoid miss deliveries kindly leave a message of your own specified date before checking out. Kindly note that a working day does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Information – IMPORTANT

You should give a delivery address where someone is available to take the parcel during working hours.

If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel the driver will either take it back to your local post office, take it away for redelivery at a later date or leave it in a safe place at the delivery address. 

Please use the 'Delivery Instructions' box on the checkout page to enter a safe place where the parcel can be left.

It is your responsibility to make sure that either someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address or that you leave special instructions with us.

If you are likely to be at work, you could consider having the parcel sent to your workplace. You will need to enter a separate delivery address for this. To do so you must un-tick the 'Ship to same address' box at the end of stage 1 of the checkout process.
Entering a mobile phone number is preferable in case we need to contact you about your order or delivery. If we are unable to contact you for any reason, this may delay the progress of your order.

Please Note: Orders will be dispatched to the address entered in at the ‘Shipping Information’ stage of the checkout process. We cannot take responsibility for orders not being received due to an incorrect address being entered. Please check that the shipping address on your confirmation email is correct and contact us immediately if this is not the case. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged the full delivery cost.


UK Delivery is FREE on all products, except Cakes which are FREE DELIVERY within England only. International postage will attract a little fee. The cost of each product will reduce automatically by a percentage in every addition of the product you buy in a transaction. 

Postage rates are calculated automatically after you have selected your delivery address during the checkout process. You will have the option to choose from more than one shipping method at the checkout stage for which the shipping cost will be clearly displayed for each.

Standard delivery will take up to 2-3 working days to arrive within the UK, 2-7 working days for Europe and 2-10 working days for worldwide, excluding the processing time required for the particular item.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please report all missing or damaged items by sending an email to  including details of your name, order number, date of order, photos of damaged or missing items and a contact phone number. We will then arrange for replacement of damaged or missing items as required to ensure your order is completed.

Please Note: All damaged or missing items must be reported on the day of delivery.

Our standard delivery takes up to 2-3 working days to arrive, excluding the processing time required for the particular item.


All items can be returned immediately you receive them, if you are not completely satisfied with them when they arrive as long as they are unopened and unused.  In order to return goods, please email with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and reason for returning immediately after receipt. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods as soon as we receive them unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: All returns should be received within 7 days after delivery for any refunds to be processed. All returns should be received in brand new condition with no damage to the packaging or to the goods
